وأشار العثماني في جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية الشهرية المنعقدة في هاته الأثناء بمجلس النواب، على أن تلك الأقاليم ستشهد مستقبلا إنجاز 141 مشروعا فلاحيا رغم البيئة الصحراوية لهاته المناطق، مشيرا إلى أن مشاريع تحلية المياه التي تشهدها مدن الجنوب، ستساهم في تطوير الفلاحة بالصحراء المغربية.
وفي نفس السياق، أكد العثماني على أن الصحراء المغربية شهدت مجموعة من المشاريع التنموية التي من بينها 179 مشروعا تم الانتهاء من أشغاله، وأزيد من 300 مشروع في طور الإنجاز، مؤكدا أن نسبة اشغال المشاريع الأخيرة قد بلغت حوالي 70 في المائة.
