قبلها لاعبة على الهواء مباشرة.. متابعة لويس روبياليس بتهمة « الاعتداء الجنسي »
أعلن القضاء الإسباني، الاثنين، أن الرجل القوي السابق للاتحاد المحلي لكرة القدم، لويس روبياليس، سيحاكم في محكمة بالعاصمة مدريد في الفترة من 3 إلى 19 فبراير المقبل في قضية القبلة القسرية على شفتي لاعبة لاروخا جيني هيرموسو عقب التتويج بمونديال السيدات الصيف الماضي.
وأحيل روبياليس رسمياً إلى المحاكمة مطلع ماي الماضي، في هذه القضية، بتهمتي “الاعتداء الجنسي” و”الإكراه”، دون تحديد موعدها.
ويواجه لويس روبياليس عقوبة السجن لمدة عامين ونصف العام، وفقا لفرانس برس.
وكانت النيابة العامة طالبت أيضاً روبياليس بدفع 50 ألف يورو تعويضاً لهيرموسو.
وخلال الحادثة التي حصلت في 20 أغسطس الماضي عقب تتويج اٍسبانيا بلقب كأس العالم للسيدات على حساب انجلترا في أستراليا، أمسك روبياليس برأس هيرموسو بيديه وقام بتقبيلها على شفتيها.
والتقطت جميع الكاميرات القبلة على الهواء مباشرة، مما أثار غضباً واسعاً حول العالم، قبل أن يصدر الاتحاد الدولي للعبة. « فيفا » قراراً بإيقاف روبياليس لثلاث سنوات عن كافة الأنشطة.
