في عز العطلة المدرسية..اضراب مستخدمي الطريق السيار بمركز مراكش


 

قررت النقابة الوطنية لمستخدمي مراكز الاستغلال للشركة الوطنية للطرق السيارة، بالمغرب المنضوية تحت لواء الاتحاد المغربي للشغل، خوض إضراب جهوي بكل من مراكز مراكش واكادير وبوسكورة.

وحسب ما جاء في بلاغ صادر عن النقابة، فسيمتد الاضراب لمدة 40 ساعة، وذلك ابتداء من الساعة 14:00 ليوم السبت 6 ماي 2023، إلى غاية الساعة 06:00 صباحا ليوم الاثنين 8 ماي 2023، على أن يتم ارفاقه باعتصام للمستخدمين بمراكز الاستغلال بمحور الجنوب، فيما سيستثنى من الاضراب خدمات أعوان الإغاثة، للتدخل في حالات الحوادث التي تستدعي تدخلهم حفاظا على انسيابية المرور وسلامة مرتفقي الطريق السيار.

ويأتي هذا الإضراب وفق ما جاء في البلاغ إلى حالة الاحتقان والتذمر التي تعيشها مراكز الاستغلال بمحور الجنوب المتمخضة إثر تراجعات خطيرة عن حقوق ومكتسبات  الأجراء، وصلت حد المساس بالأجر المعيشي للأجراء في خرق سافر  لمضامين الميثاق الاجتماعي والقوانين الجاري بها العمل.

وحملت النقابة ‘‘المسؤولية الكاملة للمدير العام للطرق السيارة بالمغرب ومن خلاله الشركة الغريبة عن مهن استغلال الطرق السيارة التراجع المفرط على الحقوق والمكتسبات وتجاهل مضامين الميثاق الاجتماعي‘‘.

واستنكرت النقابة « النقص الحاصل في الأجرة الشهرية والمساس بالأجر المعيشي للأجراء، وعدم تمكين الأجراء من حقهم في التعويض عن يوم العيد كما تنص أحكام مدونة الشغل »، منددة بحالة اهتراء سيارات أعوان الإغاثة، والتي لا تتوفر على الوسائل اللوجستيكية ومعايير السلامة المعمول بها لتقديم الخدمات الضرورية لمرتفقي الطريق السيار، وكذا انعدام النظافة ومواد التنظيف وعدم الوقاية الصحية ومتطلبات السلامة اللازمة بمختلف محطات الأداء.

كما استغربت النقابة من ‘‘تجميد اللجان الثلاثية واللجنة الموسعة لتسوية النقط الخلافية طبقا للبند الخامس من الميثاق الاجتماعي الموقع مع الأطراف الحكومية من طرف المدير العام للطرق السيارة بالمغرب‘‘.

وأشار البلاغ أن قطاع الطرق السيارة يعيش على وقع “غياب قواعد التدبير والتسيير المهني والاجتماعي السليم، نتيجة تنصل المدير العام للشركة الوطنية للطرق السيارة بالمغرب، من التزاماته وتعهداته بالميثاق الاجتماعي الموقع مع الأطراف الحكومية”.

وتأتي كذلك هذه الاحتجاجات في ظل استمرار الشركة في إثارة الفوضى بمحطات الأداء، بسبب إصرارها على فرض اقتناء خدمة “جواز” على الزبناء، وتقليص عدد الممرات المخصصة للأداء المباشر، ما يتسبب في اكتظاظ كبير للسيارات والشاحنات والحافلات ضمن طوابير طويلة.
