استفاقت ساكنة تمنصورت صباح اليوم الثلاثاء أول أيام رمضان المبارك ، على حملة ابادة للكلاب الضالة بطريقة وحشية وسط إستنكار من المارة، منددين بهذا العمل الشنيع الذي قام به شخصيين يجهل هويتهما
ووصف مصدر مطلع لجريدة مراكش الاخبارية هذا العمل « بالمجزرة »، حيث كشف أن شخصان قاما بكسر أرجل هذه الجراء بواسطة أداة صلبة، قبل أن يقوم أحدهم بقتلهم، تم رميهم بسيارة تملؤها الدماء ، مضيفا أن هذا التصرف اللاانساني أثار حالة من الهلع والخوف والانزعاج، الشيء الذي ترتب عليه نتائج وخيمة على مستوى نفسية الأطفال والنساء خاصة وأن هذه العملية جرت في واضح النهار.
يذكر أن وزارة الداخلية كانت قد وقعت إتفاقية مع المكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية ووزارة الصحة والهيئة الوطنية للأطباء البياطرة، والتي نصت على اعتماد مقاربة ترتكز على ضوابط علمية أبانت عن فعاليتها في معالجة ظاهرة الكلاب الضالة ببعض الدول كما بعض المدن المغربية، مع احترام معايير الرفق بالحيوان المعمول بها في هذا المجال.
