ووفق شهادات المقربين من إدريس وأفراد أسرته، فإن الشخص الذي يكتري المأذونية توقف عن أداء الواجب الشهري المحدد في 1500 درهم منذ بداية السنة الجارية، ورغم صدور حكم ابتدائي ضده لإرجاع الرخصة إلى صاحبها فقد امتنع عن ذلك وادعى أن لديه قوى نافذة تحميه.
