يشارك فريق من فندق المامونية بمراكش في المباراة النهائية للنسخة السادسة من لقب « هيبرلين » الدولي للمطعمة، التي ستقام يوم7 دجنبر المقبل في فرنسا.

وتم إنشاء كأس Haeberlin في عام 2010، وهي مسابقة تجمع فرقا من مختلف المؤسسات السياحية في العالم، أمام لجنة تحكيم تتكون من أفضل المهنيين الفرنسيين في المطعمة، برئاسة الطهاة الحاصلين على ثلاث نجوم « آن صوفي بيك » و »ماورو كالاغريكو ».

وستعرف المباراة النهائية لهذه السنة مشاركة فريقين آخرين إلى جانب فريق فندق المامونية من مراكش، ويتعلق الأمر بفريقي « شاتو دو لا غود » وبيراميد » من فرنسا، مع الإشارة أن كل فريق مكون من طباخ ورئيس فندق وساقي.
