عشر مؤسسات سياحية جديدة تعزز العرض الفندقي بمراكش في أفق سنة 2025
من المنتظر أن يتعزز العرض الفندقي قي مدينة مراكش بعشر مؤسسات سياحية جديدة، في أفق سنة 2025، ستسمح للعاصمة السياحية برفع طاقتها الاستيعابية للفنادق بما يزيد عن 1200 غرفة.
ووفقا للمعطيات الصادرة عن قاعدة البيانات الدولية TopHotelConstruction، فإن 37 فندقا فاخرا، بإجمالي 8006 غرفة، قيد التشييد حاليا في المغرب، 10 منها في مراكش و9 بالرباط و6 في الدار البيضاء، فيما تتوزع باقي المؤسسات في مدن أخرى.
وسيتم بحلول نهاية السنة الجارية افتتاح أربعة مشاريع تضم 616 غرفة، على أن يفتتح 18 فندقا في السنة المقبل، بطاقة 2743 غرفة، كما من المقرر افتتاح سبعة فنادق في سنة 2023، بإجمالي 3280غرفة، ثم ثمانية فنادق إضافية في سنة 2024، بقدرة 1367 غرفة.
