شركة إماراتية تتولى تطوير منتجع « ريتز كارلتون » في مراكش بتكلفة 220 مليون دولار

أعلنت « إنتو كابيتال »، وهي شركة مالية مرخصة من سلطة دبي للخدمات المالية، عن إبرام اتفاقية مع شركة الأمل للاستثمارات من أجل قيادة عمليات التطوير والإدارة التابعة لمشروع منتجع « ريتز كارلتون ريزيدنس آند ريزورت » في مدينة مراكش، بقيمة إجمالية تقارب 220 مليون دولار.

وتمثل هذه الاتفاقية توسعا استراتيجيا لشركة « إنتو كابيتال » في مجال إدارة الأصول والخدمات المالية الاستشارية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا، مع فريق يتمتع بأكثر من 75 عام من الخبرة في إدارة أصول استثمارية تتجاوز 4.6 مليار دولار.

ويمتد منتجع « ريتز كارلتون » على مساحة 50 هكتارا، على طول طريق أمزميز، وكجزء من هذه الاتفاقية، تتولى « إنتو كابيتال » دورا محوريا في تقديم الاستشارات المالية وخدمات إدارة الأصول وإعادة الهيكلة المالية ذات المستوى العالمي لهذا المشروع في المدينة الحمراء.
