في إطار التعاون بين أكاديمية الفنون التقليدية بالدار البيضاء وأكاديمية الفجيرة قدمت الأستاذة سهام كرواض ورشة في فن الخط المغربي لمدة يومين في أكاديمية الفجيرة للفنون بالإمارات العربية المتحدة، وكانت الورشة ناجحة بكل المعايير قياسا بالمستوى المتميز للفنانة المغربية سهام كرواض في فن الخط المغربي، وكذلك تجربتها المميزة على مستوى تدريس الخط بأكاديمية الفنون التقليدية بالدار البيضاء. وقد أبانت سهام كرواض عن مقدرتها العالية ومؤهلاتها الكبيرة في ورشة الفجيرة بالامارات العربية التي استحسنها المشاركون والمتتبعون، خاصة وأنها رامت جماليات الخط المغربي من زوايا متعددة أفصحت عن قوة في التركيب الخطي واللوني والمنمنمات والجماليات الفاتنة. وهو ما أشر على أن الأستاذة سهام روضت حروف الخط المغربي والألوان والأشكال وفق تناسق خدمت به المجال الجمالي للخط المغربي، فأظهرت معظم المفردات الفنية، وأتاحت لها الظهور في سياقات خطية متنوعة؛ إذ أن الخط المغربي متفرع إلى أنواع، صاغتها في شكل جمالي من خلال تجربتها الغنية ومراسها الأكاديمي المتفرد، ما جعل هذا الإنجاز في الفجيرة يروم مباشرة تدبير المجال الجمالي للخط المغربي بنوع من التجديد وتوليف تام بين الألوان وأشكال الخط المغربي، من دوائر وخطوط وتقويسات وغيرها، وهو ما سمح بتقديم مجموعة من الخصائص الجمالية التي أكسبت هذه الورشة ماهيتها الفنية، فدلت على عبقرية الخطاطة المغربية وكفاءة العنصر النسوي المغربي في تدبير مجال الخط. ولا شك أن هذا المنجز المغربي بالفجيرة قد خلف أصداء طيبة وانطباعا بأن الخطاطة سهام تعمل وفق تصورات ورؤى مركزية، توزعها وفق مسلك فني ومظهر جمالي بين الخط واللون والشكل، حيث تلعب التقنيات العالية دورا رئيسا في تدبير المساحات وتشكيل المادة الخطية على خامات متنوعة.
