سرقة دراجة نارية بمراكش تقود إلى مروج مخدرات ضاحية المدينة
في إطار البحث الجاري في قضية تتعلق بسرقة دراجة نارية موضوع شكاية، مكنت التحريات الميدانية والتقنية التي بوشرت في الموضوع باستغلال كاميرات المراقبة من الاهتداء إلى هوية الفاعل وايقافه، كما اعترف من خلال البحث معه بالمنسوب إليه جملة و تفصيلا ، مضيفا أن الدراجة النارية موضوع الشكاية عمل على تفويتها لاحد مروجي المخدرات بإحدى المناطق المتاخمة لمراكش .
وبناء عليه وبعد إشعار النيابة العامة المختصة، تم الانتقال بمؤازرة من الدرك الملكي المختص مكانيا إلى عنوان المعني بالأمر الذي عوينت ببابه على بقايا مخدر الكيف ورائحة مسكر الحياة التي تنبعث من داخله.
هذا وبعد إشعار النائب المشرف على البحث، أصدر تعليماته بإجراء تفتيش دقيق بداخل منزل المعني بحضور شاهدين وقد أسفر ذلك على وضع اليد على معمل لتصنيع و تقطير ماء الحياة حيث تسنى حجز على إثره 270 لتر من التين المخمر، و 90 لتر من مسكر ماء الحياة مقطر، إضافة إلى 210 كيلوغرام من التين المجفف وأدوات تستعمل في عملية التقطير ، و300 غرام من مخدر الشيرا، و20 كيلوغرام من مخدر الكيف وأوراق طابا المهرب وثماني هواتف نقالة من أنواع مختلفة، ودراجتين ناريتين كما تم حجز مبلغ مالي .
إلى ذلك تم حجز الكل لفائدة البحث كما قضت تعليمات النيابة العامة بإخضاع الموقوف للحراسة النظرية من أجل البحث والتقديم وتكثيف البحث على تاجر المخدرات .
