زبناء « أمانة » مستاؤون من جودة خدمات التوصيل

عبر مجموعة من زبناء شركة « أمانة » التابعة لبريد المغرب عن استياءهم من جودة خدمات التوصيل خلال الأيام الأخيرة، على مستوى مدينة مراكش ومدن أخرى.
وأوضح متحدثون لموقع « مراكش 7 » أن الزبناء أضحوا يعانون من تأخير في أجل تسليم البضائع والإرساليات، خاصة العاملون في التجارة الالكترونية الذين يعتمدون بشكل كبير على خدمة التوصيل في معاملاتهم.
إضافة إلى ذلك فإن الشركة تعرف في الآونة الأخيرة إضرابات متكررة للمستخدمين، وهو ما يؤدي إلى تراكم البضائع والسلع دون تسليهما لأصحابها.
وحتى في الوكالات التابعة للشركة فإن سوء التنظيم يتسبب في اكتظاظ المرتفقين، كما وسبق الإشارة إلى ذلك في مقال سابق نشر على موقعنا.
