قال رياض مزور، وزير الصناعة والتجارة، « اٍن جمعيات حماية المستهلك تقوم بدور فعال وتدعم تنفيذ إجراءات الحكومة من أجل مجاصرة المخالفين. »
وشدد وزير الصناعة والتجارة خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفاهية بمجلس المستشارين، الثلاثاء، على أهمية جمعيات حماية المستهلك وأدوارها في حماية المستهلكين من مختلف الإجراءات المخالفة للقانون، وتشرف على 60 شباك في مختلف المدن المغربية، وتواكب عمل السلطات والقوات العمومية وتوجيهها من أجل محاصرة المخالفين في اٍطار عمل رقابي مشترك.
وأكد بأن الحكومة قامت بإنجاز 210 الاف زيارة رقابية شملت مختلف الأسواق منذ بداية السنة الجارية واٍلى غاية شتنبر المنصرم، أي بمعدل 300 الف زيارة سنوية، وذلك من أجل محاصرة الغشاشين والمضاربين لحماية المستهلكين.
وتراهن الحكومة، خصوصا وزارة الصناعة والتجارة ، من أجل تعزيز ضمانات حماية المستهلك، على هذه الجمعيات في سياق الدفاع عن حقوق المستهلكين وضمان احترام القوانين واللوائح الخاصة بالاستهلاك، إذ أن حماة المستهلك يلعبون دورا بارزا في تطوير الوعي بحقوق المستهلك وتحسين مستوى الحماية الاستهلاكية في المجتمع.
