خطوات للوقاية من الأمراض البردية

مع دخول فصل الشتاء، يزداد خطر الإصابة بالأمراض الشتوية مثل الإنفلونزا ونزلات البرد. لذا، يُشدد على أهمية اتباع نظام غذائي صحي وتبني عادات صحية لتعزيز جهاز المناعة والوقاية من هذه الأمراض. فيما يلي خمس خطوات للمحافظة على صحتك خلال فصل الشتاء:

 

  1. تناول نظام غذائي صحي:

 

زيادة استهلاك الفاكهة والخضروات يساهم في تقوية الجهاز المناعي.

استبدال الوجبات الخفيفة المالحة بالخضراوات والأطعمة الكاملة.

تناول الخضار الشتوية كالجزر والبطاطس لدعم الصحة العامة.

  1. الخروج في الهواء الطلق:

 

رغم البرد، يُنصح بالقيام بأنشطة خارجية لضمان الحصول على ضوء الشمس وفيتامين د.

النقص في ضوء الشمس يمكن أن يؤثر سلبًا على الصحة، لذا خذ قسطًا من الهواء الطلق.
