حذر حزب الاستقلال من زواج المال والسلطة ونبه إلى خطورة سعي الاتحاد العام لمقاولات المغرب إلى تعديل القوانين بهدف حرمان أعضائها الراغبين في الترشح من حقهم الدستوري في الانتماء السياسي الذي يكفله الدستور وجميع المواثيق الدولية تحت ذريعة الحياد، وهو ما يعتبر -في بلاغ صادر عنه- خرقا لمبادئ الدستور وعملا تمييزيا مخالفا للقوانين.
كما يحذر من مغبة الزج بالاتحاد العام لمقاولات المغرب لخوض حروب سياسية بالوكالة لفائدة حزب معين، وتفصيل قوانينه لخدمة أغراض سياسية وانتخابوية، وهو ما سيتصدى له حزب الاستقلال انطلاقا من حرصه على الحياد التي تميزت به هذه المنظمة المهنية قبل أن يتم اختراقها من الحزب المعلوم واقحامها في حسابات سياسية .
كما تدعو إلى ضمان تمثيلية جميع المنظمات المهنية للمشغلين بمجلس المستشارين وعدم احتكار التمثيل من طرف هيئة واحدة.
وتجدد اللجنة التنفيذية إثارة الانتباه إلى خطورة تحالف المال والسياسة في البرلمان من أجل ممارسة الضغط لتمرير تعديلات على القوانين لخدمة المصالح الخاصة لبعض الشركات بعينها وتعزيز هيمنتها واحتكارها للسوق، وهو ما يتنافى مع مبادئ الدستور الذي ينص على المساواة والمنافسة الحرة والشريفة.
