يعاني سكان جنان أوراد بالملحقة الإدارية الازدهار بمقاطعة جليز الحديث النشأة من غياب المرافق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والإدارية فالمنطقة آهلة بالسكان وتسير بها الحركة العمرانية بشكل سريع إلا أن غياب الابناك بجميع فروعها ومكتب البريد ومقاطعة إدارية ودائرة أمنية ومستوصف القرب ومدارس ابتدائية حيث توجد مدرسة واحدة هي مدرسة جنان أوراد غير كافية وغياب ثانوية اعدادية والتي ثم تحويلها إلى ثانوية تأهيلية وهي زينب النفزاوية مما يفرض برمجة ثانوية إعدادية بالمنطقة كما أن غياب ملاعب القرب ودار الشباب وقاعة ثقافية وخزانة يؤثر على الشباب بهذا الحي الجديد مما يؤدي بهم إلى الانحراف والانغماس في المبيقات التي تؤثر على صحتهم وسلامتهم لذا يطالب الساكنة عبر فدرالية المنار للوحدة والتضامن بمراكش السيد الوالي والسيدة العمدة إلى تخصيص زيارة لهذا الحي للوقوف على الخصاص الكبير في المرافق حتى النقل العمومي ينعدم به
