جلالة الملك : الهدف خلق 500 ألف منصب شغل
ووجه صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، اليوم الجمعة، خطابا ساميا إلى أعضاء البرلمان بمناسبة افتتاح الدورة الأولى من السنة التشريعية الثانية من الولاية التشريعية الحادية عشرة، حيث شدد فيه « الهدف الاستراتيجي، هو أن يأخذ القطاع الخاص، المكانة التي يستحقها، في مجال الاستثمار، كمحرك حقيقي للاقتصاد الوطني ».
واعتبر جلالة الملك أن « المقاولات المغربية، ومنظماتها الوطنية والجهوية والقطاعية، مدعوة لأن تشكل رافعة للاستثمار وريادة الأعمال ».
وأضاف أن جلالته « القطاع البنكي والمالي الوطني، مطالب بدعم وتمويل الجيل الجديد، من المستثمرين والمقاولين، خاصة الشباب والمقاولات الصغرى والمتوسطة ».
وجدد جلالة الملك الدعوة لإعطاء عناية خاصة، لاستثمارات ومبادرات أبناء الجالية المغربية بالخارج.
وقال إنه من أجل « تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة، وجهنا الحكومة، بتعاون مع القطاع الخاص والبنكي، لترجمة التزامات كل طرف في تعاقد وطني للاستثمار ».
وأكد على أن هذا التعاقد يهدف إلي « تعبئة 550 مليار درهم من الاستثمارات، وخلق 500 ألف منصب شغل، في الفترة بين 2022 و 2026 ».
