أعاد الزلزال الأخير الذي ضرب مراكش، إلى الواجهة، خطر مجموعة من المباني الآيلة للسقوط، ومن بينها جدار منزل مهجور في دوار كوكو بجماعة تسلطانت، والذي كان موضوع شكاية موجهة لكل من قائد قيادة تسلطانت ووالي جهة مراكش آسفي قبل أزيد من سنة من الآن، دون أن يتم اتخاذ أي إجراءات لرفع الضرر.

ويشكل هذا الجدار المتهالك خطرا على حياة السكان بالمنطقة، حسب ما جاء في الشكاية بتاريخ شهر مارس 2021، والتي أشارت أن صاحب المنزل يرفض إصلاحه على الرغم من مراسلته من طرف السلطات المحلية لتقديم طلب رخصة الإصلاح بشكل استعجالي، في نفس الشهر من توصلها بالشكاية.

وبات هذا الجدار مصدر قلق ورعب في نفوس الساكنة المجاورة بعد الزلزال الأخير والهزات الارتدادية المتوالية التي لا تزال تضرب بين الفينة والأخرى، في انتظار تدخل حازم لإجبار المشتكى به بالإصلاح قبل انهياره.
