جامعة القاضي عياض تخسر دعوتها القضائية ضد أستاذ

خسرت جامعة القاضي عياض الدعوى القضائية الاستعجالية التي تقدمت بها لدى المحكمة الإدارية بمراكش، ضد أستاذ بالمدرسة الوطنية للعلوم التطبيقية في آسفي، تطالب من خلالها منع المدعى عليه من إجراء الامتحانات ومنح الصلاحية في ذلك للأساتذة المدرسين الفعليين.
وفي هذا الصدد، قضت المحكمة الإدارية بمراكش، علنيا ابتدائيا وحضوريا، بعدم الاختصاص للبث في الدعوى وتحميل رئاسة الجامعة الصائر.
وكان قرار لجوء رئاسة الجامعة إلى القضاء، قد أثار الكثير من الانتقادات في الأوساط الجامعية بالجهة، على اعتبار أنه أمر غير مسبوق، ويحيل على عدم قدرة الرئاسة على تدبير شؤونها الداخلية والنزاعات البيداغوجية.
