وأضافت ذات المصادر بأن الهالكة القادمة من مدينة الدارالبيضاء رفقة ابنها، حلت بمنطقة مولاي براهيم قصد زيارة المنطقة وتفقد أحوال المتضررين من الزلزال، غير أن اصابتها بوعكة صحية مفاجئة، عجل بوفاتها.
وفور علمها بالخبر انتقلت عناصر الدرك الملكي الى عين المكان، وممثلي السلطات المحلية، من أجل الوقوف على ملابسات هذا الحادث، ونقل جثة الهالكة الى مستودع الأموات بتحناوت.
