يتطرق مدير دار الشعر بمراكش عبد الحق ميفراني، في هذا الحوار إلى الجهود الرامية للحد من تأثير جائحة (كوفيد – 19) على الدينامية الثقافية بالمدينة الحمراء ، ودور الثقافة والفن في إعادة الأمل للجمهور العريض في ظل الانعكاسات والمخلفات السلبية للجائحة، وكذا إلى الأدوار التي تضطلع بها دار الشعر، وبرامجها المستقبلية.
1 – تتميز جهة مراكش – آسفي، والمدينة الحمراء، على وجه الخصوص، بحركيتها وديناميتها الثقافية، إلى أي حد أثرت جائحة (كوفيد – 19) على هذه الدينامية ؟ أم أن الفاعلين الثقافيين رفعوا شعار التحدي للحفاظ على الزخم الثقافي بالجهة؟
هذه الجائحة التي مست العالم بأسره وليس المغرب فقط، أثرت بشكل لافت على الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية على حد سواء، غير أن هذه الأنشطة ظلت تشكل دائما ذلك المشتل الذي من خلاله كان الجمهور يتفاعل مع الفعل الثقافي والفني، بل عبرت الثقافة والفنون عموما على أنها الفضاء الأمثل لتلاقي الجمهور.
ولا يمكن أن نقيس مدى حضور أو تراجع الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية على مستوى المدينة أو الجهة ككل بمعزل عن باقي جهات المملكة وعن العالم، فجل هذه الأنشطة مست في العمق، ورغم ذلك فقد لاحظنا أن العديد من المبادرات تكيفت مع هذه الوضعية.
وقد حاولت الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية، سواء أثناء أو بعد الحجر الصحي، أن تنتقل إلى الفضاء الرقمي، وجعلت هذا الرهان وسيطا فعليا كي تعيد العلاقة مع جمهورها، ذلك أن المهرجانات الموسيقية أو الثقافية الكبرى، التي كانت تستقطب جماهير عريضة، هي التي تأثرت بشكل كبير ولافت جراء الحالة الوبائية التي يعرفها العالم.
2 – في ظل تعثر الأنشطة في العديد من القطاعات (سياحة، مهرجانات، حفلات فنية..)، جراء الأحوال النفسية والذهنية التي فرضها هذا الضيف الثقيل، أي جائحة (كوفيد-19)، هل يمكن القول إن الثقافة والفن عموما يشكلان متنفسا ويفتحان نافذة من الأمل لمواجهة هذه الأحوال وتحملها؟
يجمع العديد من المفكرين والباحثين والدارسين على أنه يمكن للفعل الثقافي والفني عموما، أن يشكل بارقة أمل، بفضله يمكن أن نفتح كوة على الأمل والتفاؤل بمستقبل أفضل للإنسانية جمعاء، وليس فقط للجمهور الذي يتلقى هذا الفعل، لتجاوز هذه الانعكاسات والسلبيات، وبالتالي التعافي منها.
ومن خلال الثقافة والفن استطاعت العديد من المبادرات، التي كانت حاضرة ضمن الحركية التي شهدتها هذه الفترة العصيبة في تاريخ الإنسانية، أن “تعيد نوعا من الثقة، أو ما يمكن أن نسميه نوعا من الاتزان النفسي للجمهور، وجعله ينظر بنظرة أكثر تفاؤلا للمستقبل، بحكم أن هذه المرحلة كانت صعبة على الكثير من الناس، اجتماعيا، و اقتصاديا، وحتى على المستوى النفسي، لكن كانت للفعل الثقافي والفني تلك القدرة على أن يعيد نوعا من التفاؤل والثقة للجمهور”.
وما لاحظناه خلال هذه الفترة هي قدرة الثقافة والفن عموما، وليس الشعر فقط، على أن يشكلا ذلك الملجأ والملاذ للإنسان، وكذا القدرة التي أبان عنها الفعل الثقافي في أن يشكل هذه النافذة التي نطل من خلالها بتفاؤل على الغد.
3 – وماذا عن دار الشعر بمراكش، ما هي الأدوار التي تضطلع بها، وما هو البرنامج المستقبلي الذي سطرته لمواصلة توهجها على مستوى المشهد الثقافي المحلي والجهوي، ولما لا الوطني؟
سهرت دار الشعر بمراكش، منذ تأسيسها يوم 16 شتنبر سنة 2017، بموجب بروتوكول تعاون ما بين وزارة الثقافة والاتصال آنذاك بالمملكة المغربية، ودائرة الثقافة بحكومة الشارقة بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، على الحفاظ على برمجة شهرية وسنوية منتظمة.
وهكذا، دأبت دار الشعر بمراكش على تنظيم لقاءات شهرية، وكذا ندوات تستقصي العديد من المواضيع التي تهم الشأن المغربي، إلى جانب ورشات التكوين في الكتابة الشعرية، والتي اختصت بها هذه الدار، على الخصوص. وهذه الورشات موجهة للأطفال واليافعين من خلال فقرة “شاعر في ضيافة الأطفال”، أو الفقرة الخاصة بالكتابة الشعرية الموجهة للشباب، إلى جانب جائزتي أحسن قصيدة، والنقد الشعري.
وإلى جانب هذا المسار الطويل من الأنشطة والفعاليات، التي احتضنها مقر الدار بمراكش، فقد انفتحت أيضا، في إطار استراتيجية عملها، على الفضاءات العمومية، “حيث نظمنا لقاءات في مآثر تاريخية، وفي الساحات العمومية، كما هو الشأن بالنسبة ل(خيمة الشعر الحساني) بمدينة الداخلة، و(حدائق الشعر) في عين أسردون ببني ملال، وفي (حديقة التواغيل) بمدينة كلميم، فضلا عن لقاءات شعرية في الشواطئ والمخيمات (سيدي إفني، أكادير..)، وتظاهرات أخرى في قلعة مكونة وزاكورة وورزازات، وبالعديد من المدن الواقعة بجنوب المملكة، الغني بثقافته المادية واللامادية”.
كما أن دار الشعر بمراكش، المعروفة بانفتاحها على الأصوات الشعرية الجديدة، سواء من مناطق الجنوب أو مختلف جهات المملكة، والتي تشكل إضافة للشعر وللثقافة المغربية عموما، هي كذلك فضاء للاحتفاء بالتنوع الثقافي المغربي، من خلال تنظيمها لمهرجان الشعر المغربي، الذي وصل إلى دورته الثالثة، والتي كانت لحظة استثنائية، بحكم أنها كانت الوحيدة التي نظمت مهرجانها الشعري السنة الماضية (29 – 31 أكتوبر 2021)، تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، و”الأكيد أن هذه المحطة شكلت أيضا بارقة أمل لكي يجدد الجمهور الصلة مع الأنشطة الثقافية والفنية”.
وهذه البرمجة لم تتوقف، إذ مباشرة بعد فترة الحجر الصحي، انتقلت الدار، هي الأخرى، إلى الفضاء الرقمي، حيث نظمت لقاءات عن بعد، وتكيفت أيضا مع التدابير الاحترازية التي تم إقرارها، مما مكنها من أن تحافظ على برمجتها المعتادة، ممثلة في لقاءين كل شهر، سواء من خلال القراءات الشعرية، حيث نظمت مؤخرا فقرة “الكلام المرصع”، وهي خاصة بالزجل المغربي، واحتفت قبلها باليوم العالمي للغة العربية، من خلال فقرة جديدة وسمناها ب”نبض الأبجدية”، أو فقرة “سحر القوافي”، كل ذلك في محاولة من دار الشعر بمراكش، في أن تعيد بعضا من الأمل للجمهور من خلال هذا الحرص الدائم على تنظيم هذه البرمجة.
وبالتزامن مع موسمها الخامس، أطلقت الدار مبادرة جديدة، ممثلة في الانفتاح على نقط القراءة، سواء داخل مراكش أو في نواحيها، أو على صعيد الجهة، حيث نظمت ورشات للكتابة الشعرية موجهة للأطفال واليافعين، بمسفيوة بواحة آيت أورير، وكذا في سيدي رحال، وهي المبادرة التي تعتزم الدار توسيعها كي تشمل العديد من نقط القراءة والمكتبات العمومية.
وخلاصة القول إن دار الشعر بمراكش تراهن وتحرص على هذا الانتظام في برمجتها، في إطار استراتيجيتها التي أطلقتها منذ سنة 2017، على اعتبار أنها تشكل، مثلها مثل باقي المؤسسات الثقافية والفنية بالمغرب، إضافة نوعية تساهم في إثراء الساحة الثقافية الوطنية، إذ تحاول من خلال هذه البرمجة أن “تعيد الألق للفعل الثقافي عموما، ضمن مشهدنا الثقافي المتميز بتنوعه العربي، والأمازيغي، والحساني، هذا فضلا عن مواصلة انفتاحها على العديد من الأصوات”.
