توقيع عقد لاستكشاف الإمكانيات الهيدروكربونية لباطن الأرض في المنطقة البحرية آسفي-الصويرة
وقع المكتب الوطني للهيدروكربورات والمعادن وشركة « ESSO Exploration International Limited »، على عقدين للاستكشاف في إطار استراتيجية تعزيز الإمكانيات الهيدروكربونية لباطن الأرض، يهمان المنطقتين البحريتين آسفي-الصويرة وأكادير-إفني.
ويمثل هذا التوقيع دخولا جديدا لشركة « ExxonMobil Corporation » إلى المغرب، وهي الشركة الأم لـ « ESSO »، وواحدة من أكبر الشركات الطاقية والبيتروكيماوية المدرجة في البورصة في العالم، منذ اندماج شركتي « إكسون » و »موبيل » في سنة 1999.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن شركة « ExxonMobil Corporation » لها مساهمات في مشاريع استكشاف وإنتاج الهيدروكربورات في عشرين بلدا، بالإضافة إلى أنشطتها في مجال البتروكيماويات وتكرير النفط وتوزيع المنتجات البترولية في جميع أنحاء العالم.
