أمام أعين الشرطة، ودون حسيب ولا رقيب، تتجول دراجات نارية في قلب ساحة الكتبية، معرضة سلامة المواطنين وخاصة منهم الأطفال للخطر، الذين تخنق تلك الدراجات فرحتهم في اللعب وسط الساحة تعتبر فسحة أساسية للساكنة والسياح، وتشهد إقبالا كبيرا عليها.
وقد عاين « مراكش 7 » ليلة أمس السبت نجاة طفلة من حادثة سير وسط الساحة، ولولا تدخل والدها لكان هناك سيناريو أخر لن يقل مأساوية.
لقد تحولت الدراجات النارية في مراكش من سمات المدينة إلى لعنة تطارد المراكشيين في كل زقاق وحي تمر دون أدنى حس بالمسؤولية بسرعة دون اكتراث للأطفال والكبار، ولم تسلم منها حتى الحدائق والمنتديات في فوضى كبيرة أمام أعين السلطات.
