تنفيذا للتعليمات الملكية السامية..الوكلاء البحريون بالمغرب يطمحون لتشكيل أسطول بحري تجاري تنافسي
نظمت الرابطة المهنية للوكلاء البحريين، اجتماعا لأعضائها وشركائها تحت شعار «الوكيل البحري، في خدمة النموذج التنموي الجديد لتطوير النقل البحري في المغرب» وذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 11 يونيو 2024.
في خطابه الافتتاحي، أشار رئيس APRAM، رضى بنجلون إلى أن هذا الاجتماع يهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على الأدوار غير المعروفة في كثير من الأحيان، والتي يقوم بها الوكيل البحري كميسر بين مختلف الجهات الفاعلة البحرية والموانئ، ولكن أيضًا في تحسين القدرة التنافسية لسلسلة لوجستيات التجارة الخارجية.
كما أشار إلى أن النقل البحري يحتل مكانة بارزة في التجارة الخارجية للمغرب، حيث ينقل 95٪ من الواردات والصادرات التي وصلت إلى أكثر من 120 مليون طن من البضائع في عام 2023، بالإضافة إلى 100 مليون طن من سلع إعادة الشحن.
أجمع المتحدثون في هذا الاجتماع على أن قطاع النقل البحري سيشهد نموًا كبيرًا في السنوات القادمة في المغرب، ويرجع الفضل في ذلك بشكل خاص إلى ديناميكية مجمع ميناء طنجة المتوسط وتطور الصادرات من الأعمال التجارية العالمية في المغرب مثل السيارات والملاحة الجوية والفوسفات والمشتقات.
وفي هذا السياق، فإن الوكيل البحري الذي يضطلع بدور تشغيلي يتعلق بتخطيط وإدارة موانئ السفن وأحيانا بدور مالي كضامن لمختلف ديون الميناء المستحقة على السفينة ومالكها، بالاضافة الى المساهمة في ارتفاع سلسلة قيمة النقل البحري، لا سيما من خلال المشاركة في إنشاء خطوط شحن عادية أو تطوير نشاط تأجير السفن، بناء على تشكيل أسطول بحري تجاري قوي وتنافسي.
حضر هذا الاجتماع خبراء وشيكون وممثلون عن المنظمات العامة والخاصة في القطاع البحري والموانئ والتجارة الدولية، الذين اتفقوا جميعًا على أن من بين القضايا والتحديات الرئيسية التي تواجه الوكلاء البحريين تلك المتعلقة بالرقمنة وتكوين رأس المال البشري وإزالة الكربون.
واختتم الاجتماع بتكريم المشاركين ل »نادية العراقي »، التي تركت منصبها مؤخرًا كمديرة للوكالة الوطنية للموانئ (ANP)، بعد سنوات عديدة من الخدمة في القطاع البحري والموانئ في المغرب.
وفي هذا السياق، أعرب جميع الحاضرين عن رغبتهم في الإشادة بها والإشادة بعملها الذي أتاح تحقيق إنجازات هامة.
