اتهامات للحكومة بالنصب على المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي للمغاربة لأغراض انتخابية

فجّر عبد الله بووانو، رئيس المجموعة النيابية للعدالة والتنمية، فضيحة سياسية جديدة في وجه حكومة عزيز أخنوش، متهما إياها بالتدليس وبالنصب والاحتيال على المغاربة.
وقال بووانو إن الفضيحة السياسية الجديدة للحكومة، تتعلق بعملية نصب واحتيال تلحق المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي للمواطنين، ممن يلجون موقعا جديدا أطلقته الحكومة قبل أيام، بدعوى التواصل مع المواطنين حول إنجازاتها.
وأوضح بووانو الذي كان يتحدث في افتتاح الاجتماع الأسبوعي للمجموعة، المنعقد يوم الاثنين 08 يناير 2024، أن مستعملي موقع www.alhoukouma.gov.ma، الذي أعلنت الحكومة عن إطلاقه نهاية دجنبر من السنة المنصرمة، وتزعم من خلاله تعزيز التواصل الحكومي والتفاعل مع انتظارات المواطنات والمواطنين، والاطلاع على برامجها ومنها الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر، أن كل من يلج نافذة « شارك برأيك »، سيقع ضحية استغلال معطياته ذات الطابع الشخصي، من طرف حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار، حيث إن الموافقة على شروط الاستخدام، تحيل مباشرة على الموقع الرسمي لهذا الحزب، مما يُعتبر تدليسا على المواطنين، ونصبا مفضوحا يطال معطياتهم ذات الطابع الشخصي، وفق تعبير بووانو.
وكشف رئيس المجموعة، عن مراسلتة للجنة الوطنية لمراقبة حماية المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، في هذا الموضوع، ملتمسا منها التحقيق في شبهة استغلال حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار، للمعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي لمستعملي الموقع الحكومي www.alhoukouma.gov.ma، لأغراض سياسية أو انتخابية، بالإضافة إلى توجيهه سؤالا كتابيا في الموضوع ذاته، للوزيرة المنتدبة لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلفة بالانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة.
