بعد ادانة منتخبين وسماسرتهم من طرف المحكمة الابتدائية بكلميم بعقوبات سجنية تتراوح بين ثلاث سنوات وسنة، على إثر تورطهم في تقديم رشاوي للناخبين، قصد استمالة أصواتهم في انتخابات الغرف المهنية التي أقيمت الأسبوع الماضي، تجرنا هذه الواقعة إلى التساؤل حول مصير التحقيقات التي باشرتها المصالح الأمنية بمراكش حول قضية مشابهة.
وما يزال الانتظار سيد الموقف، بخصوص التحقيق الذي باشرته مصالح الدائرة الأمنية الخامسة، حول واقعة ضبط وكيل لإحدى اللوائح وكذا أحد السماسرة متلبسين بتسليم مبالغ مالية للناخبين، على مستوى إحدى مراكز الاقتراع بتراب مقاطعة المدينة قصد شراء أصواتهم، حيث لم يصدر أي بلاغ بخصوص الواقعة، التي أثارت ضجة واسعة بالمدينة الحمراء، قصد توضيح ما جرى على غرار ما قام به وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بكلميم، وتأكيد او نفي ما تم نشره على مجموعة من المنابر الاعلامية.
ويشار أن المحكمة الابتدائية بكلميم، قد أدانت أمس الأربعاء وكلين للائحة حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار بكل غرفة التجارة والصناعة وكذا غرفة الفلاحة بثلاث سنوات سجنا نافذا، وتغريم كل منهما ب70 ألف درهم، إضافة إلى ادانة شخصين من سماسرة الانتخابات بالسجن لسنة نافذة.
