بعد إدانته ب4 أشهر نافدة .. »مومو » يعود لإستئناف نشاطه الإذاعي

بعد توقفه لقرابة الشهرين عن العمل، بسبب قضية السرقة المفبركة، والتي كانت سببا في إدانته، استعاد محمد بوصفيحة الملقب ب » مومو » نشاطه الإذاعي اليوم الاثنين بعد عودته إلى تنشيط برنامجه اليومي.
والتحق المنشط الاذاعي صباح اليوم الاثنين 22 ابريل، بمقر إذاعة هيت راديو لتقديم برنامجه المعتاد بعد ازمته الأخيرة، والتي غيبته طيلة الفترة الماضية التي كانت خاصة بمحاكمته.
ويذكر، أن « مومو » كان قد خرج عن صمته لأول مرة يوم الأحد 14 ابريل، عبر نشر فيديو على صفحته الرسمية بالانستغرام، للكشف عن روايته الخاصة حول تفاصيل الواقعة .
كما أعلنت المحطة الإذاعية بعدها، عن دعمها ل”مومو” في قراره، باستئناف الحكم الصادر ضده، مشيرة أنها ستقوم بالاستئناف وتنصيب نفسها طرفا مدنيا في مواجهة المتهمين، من أجل إعادة النظر في الملف.
ويشار أن المحكمة الابتدائية بالدار البيضاء، كانت قد أدانت يوم الثلاثاء 9 ابريل ، المنشط الاذاعي بوصفيحة ب 4 أشهر حبسا نافذة، على خلفية جريمة « السرقة الوهمية » التي تمت على المباشر بإذاعة « هيت راديو .
