المنتدى الجهوي في نسخته الأولى بورزازات يخرج بتوصيات عدة لانقاذ السياحة
احتضن قصر المؤتمرات بمدينة ورزازات أمس الخميس فعاليات المنتدى الجهوي للسياحة والسينما لجهة درعة تافيلالت، المنظم من طرف غرفة التجارة والصناعة والخدمات لجهة درعة تافيلالت، بشراكة مع مجلس الجهة وعمالة إقليم ورزازات والمجلس الإقليمي والمجلس البلدي والمجلس الجهوي للسياحة درعة تافيلالت، وذلك تحت شعار: »السياحة والسينما،رؤية وتكامل ».
و تميز المنتدى بحضور عامل اقليم ورزازات ونائب رئيس مجلس جهة درعة تافيلالت ورئيس المجلس الإقليمي ورئيس الجماعة الترابية ورئيس المجلس الجهوي للسياحة، وبمشاركة مسؤولين وأساتذة وفاعلين اقتصاديين ومهنيين ومقاولين في مجال السيــــاحة والسينما، ومستثمرين ومنتخبين ورجال الأعمال ومؤسسات عمومية.
وخلص المشاركون والمشاركات في هذا المنتدى إلى تبني عدة توصيات واقتراحات، تتعلق بشخيص واقع السياحة السينمائية بجهة درعة تافيلالت وخلق منتوج جديد يتماشى مع مؤهلاتها الفريدة والمتنوعة في هذا المجال، وتشجيع مبادرات احدات استديوهات وفضاءات جديدة لتصوير الأفلام ومركبات ترفيهية بجهة درعة تافيلالت، واحداث وتجهيز مناطق سياحية (السياحة الجبلية-سياحة الواحات-السياحة السينمائية..)، ومناطق الأنشطة الاقتصادية ومشاتل للمقاولات السياحية والسينمائية بكامل تراب الجهة.
كما تضمنت التوصيات، اخراج مشروع القرية السينمائية بورزازات الى حيز الوجـــــــــــود ((ONE STOP SHOW، وتعزيز الربط الجوي الدولي والوطني والربط البري مع كافة أقاليم جهة درعة تافيلالت، وتجديد وتحديث الوحدات الفندقية القائمة وتفعيل مشاريع المنتجعات السياحية وإنعاش المنشآت المغلقة، وخلق وحدات سياحية بطابع معماري محلي وبمواصفات مرتبطة بالسينما، وتفعيل وإعادة هيكلة وتطوير المتاحف القائمة كمنتوج سياحي وسينمائي بمواصفات دولية وتعزيز التنشيط الرقمي وتقنيات الواقع الافتراضي المعزز .
وتم الخروج بتوصيات، على وضع برنامج توقعي لمختلف التظاهرات السياحية والسينمائية والثقافية بكامل النفوذ الترابي لجهة درعة تافيلالت، وترميم واستغلال الفضاءات السينمائية لتقوية الجدب السياحي بالجهة، واستقطاب الاستثمارات في السينما والفنون والابداع والصناعات الثقافية المختلفة، وتحفيز الإنتاجات السينمائية بجهة درعة تافيلالت وخاصة بورزازات وذلك بإقرار حوافز ضريبية وإدارية لصالح المستثمرين الوطنيين والأجانب، وتوفير وعاء عقاري وأماكن جديدة للتصوير بمواصفات خاصة ووضعها رهن إشارة المستثمرين بأسعار مناسبة ومشجعة.
كما تم ربط علاقات شراكة وتبادل الخبرات والتنسيق بين مختلف المتدخلين من اداريين ومهنيين وفعاليات المجتمع المدني ومع جهات وطنية ودولية سباقة في هذا المجال، وتسريع تنزيل مشروع فضاء التنشيط السياحي » جامع الفن » المخصص للعروض السينمائية بورزازات، وخلق فضاءات وقاعات للعرض السينمائي بجهة درعة تافيلالت، وخلق مهرجان دولي للسينما بورزازت يوازي السمعة العالمية للجهة بهدف الترويج للثقافة السينمائية والسياحية بجهة درعة تافيلالت، وتعزيز وملائمة نشاطات التكوين في قطاع السياحة السينمائية وذلك بخلق مسالك تكوينية جديدة بمعاهد التكوين السياحية والسينمائية والجامعات بجهة درعة تافيلالت، والرفع من كفاءات الموارد البشرية العاملة بقطاعات السياحة والسينما وتأهيلها وتكوين مرشدين في قطاع السياحة السينمائية، ونظيم ندوات ولقاءات دولية بشراكة مع مؤسسات البحث العلمي الوطنية والدولية في مجال السياحة السينمائية بشكل منتظم، إضافة إلى المشاركة في المؤتمرات والندوات والمعارض السياحية والمهرجانات الثقافية والسينمائية وورشات العمل والترويج للسياحة السينمائية بالجهة.
