وقد حافظ المنتخب المغربي كذلك على صدارته لترتيب المنتخبات الإفريقية، متبوعا بكل من السنغال ومصر والكوت ديفوار وتونس ونيجيريا والجزائر والكاميرون ومالي، على التوالي.
وعلى الصعيد العالمي، حافظ المنتخب الأرجنتيني على مركزه الأول، متبوعا بمنتخبات فرنسا وإنجلترا والبرازيل وبلجيكا وهولندا والبرتغال وكولومبيا وإيطاليا، على التوالي.
