السياسي لا يعتذر ولكن يستقيل، فهل يستقيل وهبي قبل ان يأذن الوقت بالرحيل

اعتذر الوزير عبد اللطيف وهبي أمين عام حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة عما اعتبره المغاربة إهانة في حق الشباب المغربي من الطلبة والخريجين وفي حق أساتذتهم الجامعيين والمؤسسات العليا التي يدرسون فيها وفي حق الأسر وعموم المغاربة الذين يكابدون ويتجرعون المر بالمقاصة في معيشهم وحياتهم من أجل تعليم أبنائهم في الداخل بالمؤسسات العمومية
ولم يكن اعتذار السيد وهبي كاف ليشفي غليل شرائح عريضة من المجتمع المغربي فقأ عيون جماعاتها واقع شبهة فساد نشرته قوائم الناجحين في امتحان الأهلية لمهنة المحاماة أغلب أسمائها من أسرة العدل ضمن هيئة القضاء وهيئة الدفاع ومسؤولي الوزارة والباقون مقربون ونافذون وموسوطون
إن الاعتذار لدى السياسي لا يكون لفظا إن سرا أو جهرا لأن السياسيين لا يعتذرون وإنما يستقيلون اذا وجب منهم ما يستلزم الاعتذار في أقوالهم أو أفعالهم فأحرى إن كانت جريرتهم فعلا وقولا.
والوزير وهبي لا يبيح له موقعه السياسي في قيادة حزب استقطب علية الكوادر السياسية المغربية من كل طيف، ان يطلق الكلام على عواهنه جزافا وهو إذ فعل فإن خطيئته لا تمسحها جرة قلم وأحق بالحزب الذي ولاه أن يتبرأ منه شخصيا لأنه عفٌر مستوى التكوين والتأهيل الذي يرتقي به المناضلون الى مستوى الأطر السياسية والحزبية وبلوغ مراكز القيادة
فلئن كان القائد لا يمسك بزمام لسانه وهو منقاد دوما لهواه تتقاذفه العبارات والجمل التي يقصف بها في كل اتجاه من غير مراعاة، فإن حزبه والتنظيمات تحت لوائه بمن فيها، يصدق عليهم المثل إذا كان رب البيت بالدف ضاربا فشيمة أهل البيت كلهم الرقص وليس الظن يقينا أن الطبل والغيطة يهز أرداف الشعب المغربي في أصالته ومعاصرته من خلف أي قائد كان أو زعيم.
مسؤولية الوزير وهبي في كل ما قال بشأن نجله الذي درس في كندا بمال والده وحصل على شهادتي إجازة هي مسؤولية أخلاقية واجتماعية، تعكس منظورا فئويا لعامة الشعب تتقاسم رؤيتها طبقة اجتماعية تسلقت بالسلطة وبالمال الهرم الاجتماعي وصارت تتعالى وتترفع عن أرضية المنشإ والأصل وعبثا تتخلص وهيهات تتملص.
أما المسؤولية السياسية لعبد اللطيف وهبي هي أنه قيادي حزبي ومنتخَب يرأس جماعة حضرية لمدينة عريقة عتيقة ووزير في حكومة جلالة الملك يدبر قطاع العدل، يصدر منه كلام ماس بمشاعر المواطنين ويزلزل ثقتهم في مؤسسات بلادهم ويدفعهم الى الشارع للاحتجاج ضد الحكم ويبدد لديهم فخر الانتماء ويفقدهم كل إحساس بالمواطنة…فهذه المسؤولية توجب الاستقالة
عليك السيد وهبي أن تستقيل، وما دمت اعتذرت فاستقالتك وجب وعليك ان تبادر بها وإلا حق إعفاؤك
السياسي لا يعتذر ولكن يستقيل، والأبجدية التي فاتت السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي كما يبدو انه فاتته أمور كثيرة في عربة القطار الذي بلغ به محطة وصوله بسرعة أقصى لم ينل خلاله رحلته قدر عناء ولم يشكُ في سفره من وعثاء، أنه في السياسة اذا ولا بد كانت الضرورة للاعتذار فالاستقالة والتنحي أوجب
أما وأن وهبي اعتذرعما تفوه به فحسب، والظن يساوره أن الشعب ساء فهمه لما يقول وأنه قاصر الفهم والإدراك للمعنى والمبنى في كلام المحامي الوزير فقد فاته كذلك بعجرفة وأنانية الاعتذار للشعب عما لا يقصر عنه فهم وهو مشهود بيانا عيانا نهارا جهارا في لوائح الناجحين في امتحان الأهلية لمزاولة مهنة المحاماة.
إن الوزير إذا ما فاته من حوله ما هو عليه وزير فلا حاجة للحكم بوزارته وأجدر ان يعفي الحكم من إعفائه فيعفي نفسه
والحاكم إذا ساء فهمه من قوله فهو إما أصيب بالعي أو قد صم عليه السمع ولا طاعة لرأيه وأولى له ثم أولى أن يتولى غيره
والوزير وهبي انفلتت الوزارة منه وانفرط العقد من حوله ولا رأي له يطاع وهذا الشعب وضع الأصبع في الأذن ولسانه يصدع بالرحيل
فهل ستستقيل قبل ان يأذن غدك بالرحيل!
