الجنس مقابل النقط: طالبة تتنازل للمتهم الرئيسي والمحكمة تدينه بسنتين سجنا نافذا

قضت محكمة الاستئناف بسطات يوم أمس الأربعاء 12 يناير بالسجن سنتين سجنا نافذا في حق المتهم الرئيس في قضية ما يعرف إعلاميا بـ « الجنس مقابل النقط »، بعدما أدانته المحكمة بالتحرش الجنسي وهتك عرض بالعنف، ويتعلق الأمر بالأستاذ الجامعي « م.م » الذي يدرس بكلية العلوم القانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التابعة لجماعة الحسن الأول بسطات،وهو المتهم الرئيسي في الملف.
وكانت الطالبة قد تنازلت لصالح الأستاذ، وأفادت للمحكمة بأنها عقدت صلحا مع المتهم، كما استفاد من جهة أخرى من تنازل زوجته عن دعوى الخيانة الزوجية، وقد تناقلت وسائل الإعلام صورة لشيك باسم الطالبة فيه مبلغ قدره 70000 درهم.
وستستمر المحكمة في المحاكمات المتعلقة بقضية « الجنس مقابل النقط »، والتي يتابع فيها إلى جانب المتهم الرئيسي المحكوم عليه 4 أساتذة آخرون، اثنان منهم في حال سراح بسبب الكفالة والباقون رهن الاعتقال.
وقد أثارت القضية بعد تفجرها جدلا واسعا وسط الرأي العام الوطني، لما جاءت به حقائق صادمة ومشينة تضرب في العمق الحرم الجامعي، لتتلوها عدد من القضايا المتعلقة بالتحرش الجنسي للطالبات في عدد من الجامعات.
