الجمعية المغربية لحماية المال العام تطلق حملة لمكافحة الفساد وتجريم الإثراء غير المشروع
في بلاغ صادر يوم 4 فبراير 2024، أعلن المكتب الوطني للجمعية المغربية لحماية المال العام عن اجتماعه الذي تناول قضايا الفساد وتفكيك بعض الشبكات المتورطة. البيان يسجل تراجع المغرب في مؤشرات إدراك الفساد ويدعو لتحقيق العدالة ومصادرة أموال المفسدين.
وفي ذات البلاغ، أعلن المكتب تخوفه من أن يكون تفكيك الشبكات مجرد حملة ظرفية، داعيًا إلى استراتيجية شمولية للقضاء على الفساد وتجريم الإثراء غير المشروع. كما سجل القلق إزاء استنكاف الحكومة عن تجريم الإثراء غير المشروع ودعا لمبادرات تهدف لتعزيز مكافحة الفساد.
وفي إطار مبادراته، أعلنت الجمعية عن تنظيم ندوة صحفية وحملة توقيع عريضة إلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى وقفة احتجاجية أمام البرلمان وندوة عمومية حول تجريم الإثراء غير المشروع. يتمنى المكتب مشاركة كافة القوى السياسية والنقابية والجمعوية في هذه المعركة.
