تمكنت عناصر الفرقة المختلطة المكلفة بالأمن بمحيط المؤسسات التعليمية بولاية أمن وجدة، أول أمس الجمعة، من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 33 سنة، من ذوي السوابق القضائية في ترويج المخدرات والجرائم الجنسية، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بالتقاط وعرض وتبادل صور إباحية تخص أطفالا قاصرين.
و أوضح بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، أن عناصر دورية للشرطة كانت قد ضبطت المشتبه فيه متلبسا بالتقاط صور لمجموعة من التلاميذ القاصرين بالقرب من مؤسسة تعليمية بمدينة وجدة، قبل أن تظهر الأبحاث الميدانية، المدعومة بخبرات تقنية على مجموعة من الهواتف النقالة والمعدات المعلوماتية والحسابات الافتراضية التي يديرها المشتبه فيه على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تورط هذا الأخير في نشر وتبادل صور لأطفال ذات محتوى إباحي، بالإضافة إلى تسجيله لمكالمات صوتية وأخرى بتقنية الفيديو مع بعضهم، يجري حاليا تحديد طبيعتها وخلفياتها.
و أشار البلاغ إلى أنه تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث التمهيدي الذي تجريه المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة له.
