افتتاح فعاليات النسخة الثالثة من الأيام المهنية Pro’days
بهدف تقريب متدربي مؤسسات التكوين المهني من العالم المهني منذ بداية مسارهم التكويني، ينظم سنويا مكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل الأيام المهنية Pro’days، التي تشكل فضاء للنقاش وتبادل الأفكار بين المتدربين والفاعلين المهنيين من مختلف القطاعات.
بعد النجاح الكبير الذي شهدته النسختان السابقتان، يطلق مكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل هذه السنة النسخة الثالثة من الأيام المهنية Pro’days بصيغة 100% رقمية تحت شعار »رقمنة المهن : تحدي المستقبل »، وذلك من 09 وإلى غاية 18 فبراير 2021.
وسيتم في إطار هذه النسخة، تنظيم 20 ندوة رقمية من تنشيط مهنيين من مختلف القطاعات، بهدف تقديم إجابات ملموسة على التساؤلات الملحة حول متطلبات العالم المهني والكفاءات الأساسية التي تتطلبها كل مهنة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم إجابات حول التحول الرقمي للمهن.
وقد أقيم بتاريخ 08 فبراير 2021 حفل الافتتاح الرسمي للأيام المهنية Pro’days بمركز التكوين في مهن السيارات بمدينة القنيطرة، وذلك بحضور السيدة نزهة الوافي، الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، المكلفة بالمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، والسيدة لبنى اطريشا، المديرة العامة لمكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل، والسيد عبد الصمد سكال، رئيس مجلس جهة الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة، والسيد مهدي التازي، النائب العام لرئيس الاتحاد العام لمقاولات المغرب.
وعلى هامش حفل الافتتاح، وقع كل من السيدة لبنى اطريشا المديرة العامة لمكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل، والسيدة نزهة الوافي، الوزيرة المنتدبة لدى وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج المكلفة بالمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، والسيد ادريس برطوط، رئيس شبكة الكفاءات الألمانية المغربية، على اتفاقية خاصة للشراكة حول تعبئة كفاءات مغاربة العالم من أجل مواكبة مكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل في تطوير عرضه التكويني في قطاع السيارات.
حيث يندرج هذا المشروع في إطار تفعيل خارطة الطريق الجديدة لتطوير التكوين المهني، التي تم تقديمها بين يدي صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، بتاريخ 04 أبريل 2019. ويعكس إرادة الأطراف في العمل بشكل مشترك من أجل تطوير تكوين الشباب في قطاع السيارات وتعزيز قابليتهم للتشغيل.
وقد تم في إطار هذه التظاهرة كذلك عقد جلسة افتتاحية بعنوان « كيف تساهم الرقمنة في إعادة ابتكار المهن » والتي عرفت مشاركة السيدة خلود أبجا، مديرة التحول الرقمي بوكالة التنمية الرقمية، والسيد حكيم عبد المومن، رئيس الجمعية المغربية لصناعة وتجارة السيارات، والسيد أمين زروق، رئيس فدرالية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات و ترحيل الخدمات، والسيد ادريس برطوط، رئيس شبكة الكفاءات الألمانية المغربية، والسيد فاندرفوست تييري، مدير المصلحة الفرنكفونية للمهن والتأهيلات، ممثل جمعية حق وواجب (عبر تقنية التناظر المرئي).
وقد شكلت هذه المناسبة فرصة كذلك لمكافأة خريجي مؤسسات مكتب التكوين المهني وإنعاش الشغل المتفوقين خلال الموسم التكويني 2019/2020.
