تمكنت فرقة مكافحة العصابات بالشرطة القضائية، على مستوى حي مبروكة بمراكش، من ضبط شخص يشكل موضوع مسطرة بحث على الصعيد الوطني، وهو في وضعية تلبس بحيازة وترويج المخدرات الصلبة ومخدر الشيرا.
وقد تم إجراء تفتيش قانوني بمقر سكن المعني بالأمر، أسفر عن حجز صفيحة ونصف من مخدر الشيرا، و22 لفافة من مخدر الكوكايين.
وجرى الاختفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي بتنسيق مع النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد باقي الامتدادات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي، وكذا توقيف باقي المتورطين المحتملين في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال الإجرامية.
