وأوضح بلاغ لوزراة الداخلية أن هذا الاجتماع خصص للتنسيق بين كافة القطاعات الحكومية المعنية، وإرساء منظومة موحدة للعمل الجماعي المشترك وأجرأة خارطة طريق مندمجة، والتي أساسها التفعيل الأمثل للالتزامات وتحقيق التقائية المبادرات والتدخلات وانسجام برمجتها في تكامل للأدوار بين مختلف الأطراف المتدخلة، وذلك بما من شأنه توفير كل الظروف والإمكانات لضمان نجاح المملكة في كسب رهان تنظيم هذا الحدث الرياضي العالمي، إلى جانب كل من إسبانيا والبرتغال.
وعرف هذا الاجتماع التنسيقي تأكيد كافة المتدخلين على الانخراط التام لتكثيف الجهود القطاعية وتسخير مختلف المقدرات والإمكانيات وتقديم المبادرات الهادفة، وفق رؤية شاملة، بهدف تقديم عرض تنظيمي مبتكر يستجيب في كل مناحيه للطموح الملكي السامي للمضي قدما من أجل تنظيم متميز لهذا الحدث العالمي، وبما يمكن من الرفع من إشعاع المغرب كشريك موثوق به في استضافة المحافل الدولية ويعزز المكانة الخاصة التي تحظى بها المملكة بين الأمم الكبرى.
