احتضنت مدينة مراكش على مدى يومي السبت والأحد الجاري ندوة تحت عنوان » أهم المستجدات قانون الحالة المدنية رقم 36.21″ ، وذلك بمبادرة من مجلس مقاطعة جليز، والتي تميزت بحضور ممثلين عن وزارة الداخلية، والنيابة العامة بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بمراكش.
وقد حضر أطوار الندوة كل من نائب وكيل الملك بالمحكمة الإبتدائية بمراكش، وأحد الأطر عن وزارة الداخلية، وإطار يمثل ولاية جهة مراكش آسفى، فضلا عن مشاركة ضباط الحالة المدنية والعاملين بهذه المصالح بمختلف ملحقات مدينة مراكش.
وتمحور برنامج الندوة حول اختصاصات النيابة العامة في مجال الحالة المدنية »، ومستجدات القانون 55.19 المتعلق بتبسيط المساطر الإدارية، و “مستجدات القانون 63.21 المتعلق بالحالة المدنيةّ.
كما توقفت الندوة عند مجموعة من الإكر اهات والمستجدات التى يعرفها نظام الحالة المدنية بالمغربي، خصوصا تلك المتعلقة بالتحولات التى فرضتها العولمة، حيث أكد المتدخلون بأن المغرب يسير بخطى ثابتة للإنخراط في النسق الإلكتروني من خلال تسجيل بيانات الحالة المدنية، في إطار تعميم وتنزيل المنظومة الرقمية بمكاتب الحالة المدنية داخل المملكة وخارجها بشكل تدريجي في الفترة المستقبلية التي سيتم فيها التخلي عن التسجيل في الورق والسجلات.
كما تمت الإشارة إلى المستجدات العديدة والمتنوعة التي جاء بها قانون الحالة المدنية، من قبيل إحداث “المنظومة الرقمية الوطنية لتسجيل واقع الحالة المدنية،” و”بوابة الحالة المدنية” التي جاءت لتوفير المعطيات للموظفين، والباحثين وتحديثها، إلى جانب الحديث عن “المعرف الرقمي المدني الاجتماعي”، وهو رقم يسند لكل مولود جديد مغربي أو أجنبي مقيم بالمغرب، و”التوقيع الإلكتروني “، والتبادل الإلكتروني لمعطيات الحالة المدنية.
