أمزازي في مجلس المستشارين : النظام الأساسي الخاص بأطر الأكاديميات الجهوية أنهى التعاقد بشكل نهائي .
أكد سعيد أمزازي وزير التربية الوطنية والتكوين المهني والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي أمس الثلاثاء أمام مجلس المستشارين على كون النظام الأساسي الخاص بأطر الأكاديمية جاء من أجل إرساء توظيف جهوي عمومي يضمن للأساذتة كافة الحقوق التي يخولها نظام الوظيفة العمومية، إذ أن هذا النظام الذي يتكون من 113 مادة أسقط التعاقد بشكل نهائي في مارس 2019، ومكن من إدماج كافة الأساتذة في وضعية مهنية نظامية تراعي المماثلة والمطابقة ويخول للأساتذة نفس الضمانات والامتيازات: من ترقية وولوج إلى مناصب المسؤولية.
وأكد أمزازي في معرض جوابه أن هذا التوظيف الجهوي العمومي مكن في ظرف خمس سنوات من توظيف أزيد من 100000 أستاذ وأستاذة، وهو ما يعادل ما تم توظيفه خلال 20 سنة الماضية، ولعل هذا الأمر هو الذي سمح من التقليص بشكل كبير من الاكتظاظ في الأقسام بالفصول الدراسية، وبالتالي ضمان الحق في التمدرس لمئات آلاف الأطفال خاصة في العالم القروي.
كما جدد الوزير التأكيد على أن ترسيم أطر الأكاديميات هي جارية اليوم على قدم وساق، وهو ما ستيح للأطر المرسمة إمكانية الترشح لاجتياز المباريات داخل القطاع والتباري خلال كل الاستحقاقات التربوية والإدارية القادمة. وسيؤهلهم لتقلد مختلف مناصب المسؤولية داخل القطاع من مدراء مؤسسات تعليمية، أو رؤساء مصالح أو رؤساء أقسام، أو مدراء إقليميون … إلى غير ذلك
