وفاة طالبة جامعية بعد حصولها على صفر في مادة “المسطرة الجنائية” للمرة الثالثة

كشفت مصادر مطلعة أن سبب وفاة طالبة بكلية العلوم القانونية والسياسية بسطات راجع إلى إصابتها “بنوبة عصبية مباشرة بعد اطلاعها على نقط الامتحانات التي أجريت خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية.
وأكدت مصادر جامعية، أن الطالبة “أصيبت بنوبة عصبية يوم الثلاثاء بعد اكتشاف حصولها على معدل “صفر” في مادة المسطرة الجنائية بالأسدس السادس بمسلك الإجازة، التي وحسب المصادر ذاتها ترسب فيها للمرة الثالثة على التوالي”.
ومن جهة أخرى، نفت مصادر إدارية بكلية العلوم القانونية والسياسية بسطات وجود أية علاقة سببية بين وفاة الطالبة المعنية وحصولها على معدل “صفر” في مادة المسطرة الجنائية، مع العلم أن الكلية لا تتوفر على السجل الطبي للمعنية بالأمر.
وأكدت المصادر الإدارية ذاتها، أن عددا من الطلبة رسبوا في مادة المسطرة الجنائية باعتبارها مادة تقنية لا يسهل على الطلبة الذين لا يحضرون المحاضرات استيعابها بسهولة، إذ أن عدد قليل من الطلبة الذين كانوا يتابعون المحاضرات حضوريا هم من تمكنوا من اجتياز هذه المادة بنجاح.
