هلال للسفير الجزائري : تقرير المصير مبدأ كوني
خاطب السفير هلال السفير الجزائري بنبرة لا تخلو من التحدي: « أنتم تطالبون بتقرير المصير لـ20 ألف شخص تحتجزونهم في مخيمات تندوف، لكنكم تصادرون حق سكان يبلغ عددهم 12 مليون نسمة »، مذكرا إياه بأن « شعب القبائل خضع للاستعمار العثماني ثم الفرنسي، والآن الجزائري »، معربا عن أسفه لكون الأمر يتعلق بأطول احتلال في تاريخ إفريقيا، ومتسائلا لماذا لا تسمح الجزائر لشعب القبائل بتقرير مصيره والتعبير عن نفسه واختيار مصيره بحرية، على غرار ما تطالب به لسكان مخيمات تندوف.
علاوة على ذلك، وردا على الافتراءات الزائفة المعتادة للسفير الجزائري بشأن وضعية حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء المغربية، استنكر الدبلوماسي المغربي الانتهاكات المتعددة لحقوق الإنسان في الجزائر، مشيرا إلى أن عشرات البيانات الصادرة عن مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان تندد بالاعتداءات التي تطال الحريات الأساسية في هذا البلد الذي يلاحقه سجل مظلم لحقوق الإنسان.
وأضاف هلال أن « مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان ضاعف مخاوفه بشأن اضطهاد نشطاء الحراك، والانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوقهم، بما في ذلك الاعتقالات التعسفية والقيود المفروضة على الحريات الأساسية والمحاكمات الجائرة ».
وإمعانا في تعرية وفضح الوضعية المأساوية لحقوق الإنسان في الجزائر، أضاف السفير المغربي أن النشطاء تتم إدانتهم بعقوبات قاسية لعدة سنوات، مستنكرا الزج بالمدونين في السجون دون محاكمة، وبعضهم يقضي نحبه في ردهات السجون الجزائري، كما هو الحال بالنسبة للراحل حكيم ديبازي، علاوة على تقييد حرية الصحافة. وقال إن هذا هو الواقع المظلم والمحزن الذي تعيشه الجزائر اليوم.
وبعد أن فضح أكاذيب السفير الجزائري، الذي زعم أن الصحراء المغربية « سجن مغلق » توجه السفير هلال بالقول: « لقد وصفت الصحراء بسجن مغلق. إذا كان الأمر كذلك، فلماذا افتتحت الدول 27 قنصلية عامة هناك؟ لماذا تستقطب الصحراء استثمارات أجنبية ضخمة، لأنه لا يوجد بلد يستثمر في سجن مغلق؟ لماذا يتدفق الدبلوماسيون والوفود الأجنبية وآلاف السياح على سجن مغلق؟ وخلص إلى أن « السجن المغلق هو الجزائر، حيث تنتشر أخطر انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في إفريقيا ».
وفي ما يتعلق بالانفصالية سلطانة خيا، التي ذكرها عرابها السفير الجزائري، رفع السفير هلال صورة هذه الانفصالية ترتدي زيا عسكريا وتحمل سلاح كلاشينكوف، منكرا عليها أي صفة تزعم أنها ناشطة في مجال حقوق الإنسان.
وأبلغ الحضور أنه « بعد التحقيق، أكدت الأمم المتحدة أنها لم تكن ناشطة، لأنها تدعو إلى العنف المسلح، وبالتالي تخلت الأمم المتحدة عن قضيتها بشكل نهائي ».
