أفادت مديرية المنافسة والأسعار والمقاصة، التابعة لوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية، أن تدخلات اللجن المختلطة المحلية لمراقبة الأسعار وجودة المواد الغذائية خلال الفترة الممتدة من فاتح شعبان إلى 24 رمضان المبارك 1443 هـ، أسفرت عن ضبط 4556 مخالفة.
وأوضحت المديرية، في بلاغ حول الاجتماع الرابع للجنة الوزاراتية المكلفة بتتبع التموين والأسعار وعمليات مراقبة الأسعار والجودة، المنعقد أمس الأربعاء، تحت رئاسة وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية، أن 873 مخالفة منها كانت موضوع إنذارات للمخالفين، و3683 تم إنجاز محاضر بشأنها أرسلت إلى المحاكم المختصة.
وتتوزع هذه المخالفات على – 1751 مخالفة لمقتضيات القانون رقم 31-08 المتعلق بحماية المستهلك، وتتعلق بالأساس بعدم إشهار الأسعار وعدم تقديم الفاتورة للمستهلك، و774 مخالفة للقانون 104-12 المتعلق بحرية الأسعار والمنافسة تتعلق بالأساس بالزيادة غير القانونية في الأسعار المقننة، و1030 مخالفة للقانون 77-15 بشأن حظر استخدام الأكياس البلاستيكية، فضلا عن 128 مخالفة للنصوص المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة .
وأضاف المصدر ذاته أن عمليات مراقبة الأسعار وجودة المواد الغذائية، التي همت مراقبة مراقبة 106809 نقطة بيع مكنت حجز وإتلاف 269 طن من المنتجات غير الصالحة للاستهلاك أو غير المطابقة للمعايير التنظيمية المعمول بها.
وقد عقدت اللجنة رابع اجتماعاتها خلال شهر رمضان الفضيل بحضور ممثلين عن القطاعات الوزارية المكلفة بالداخلية والفلاحة والصيد البحري والصناعة والتجارة والانتقال الطاقي والمؤسسات العمومية المعنية.
وستواصل اللجنة عقد اجتماعاتها بعد شهر رمضان لتستمر في تتبع تطور حالة الأسواق ووضعية التموين ومستوى الأسعار وحصيلة تدخلات لجن المراقبة، للتصدي لكافة أساليب الغش والاحتكار والمضاربة والتلاعب في الأسعار.
