مجلس المستشارين يصادق على مالية 2024

صادق مجلس المستشارين، قبل قليل في جلسة عمومية عقدها مساء اليوم الأربعاء، بالأغلبية، على مشروع قانون المالية رقم 55.23 للسنة المالية 2024، كما تم تعديله.

وحظي مشروع القانون بتأييد 45 مستشارا برلمانيا ومعارضة 13 آخرين فيما امتنع 6 مستشارين برلمانيين عن التصويت، وهي الصيغة نفسها التي اعتمد بها المجلس، قبيل ذلك، الجزء الثاني من مشروع القانون المالي لسنة 2024..
وهمت التعديلات البرلمانية، التي بلغت 43 تعديلا، بشكل أساسي إصلاح الضريبة على القيمة المضافة بشكل تدريجي على مدى ثلاث سنوات 2024-2026، والضريبة على الدخل وعلى الشركات، والتدابير الجمركية، بالإضافة إلى تدابير أخرى متعلقة بمراجعة مقتضيات المادة 6 من مشروع قانون المالية في ما يخص إعانة الدولة لدعم السكن، وتعزيز الموارد المالية الموجهة لصندوق “دعم الحماية الاجتماعية والتماسك الاجتماعي”.
