لقاء أكاديمي بمراكش يرصد جرائم الاحتلال في فلسطين

نظم مختبر الدراسات الدستورية وتحليل الأزمات والسياسات بشراكة مع مجموعة البحث حول الجيوبوليتيك والاستراتيجية الشاملة أمسية دراسية بكلية الحقوق بمراكش، حول موضوع: الأبعاد التاريخية، والقانونية والجيوسياسية للقضية الفلسطينية، لفائدة طلبة الدكتوراه والماستر، يوم 06 دجنبر 2023 وذلك بمشاركة عدد من الأستاذة الباحثين والطلبة.
بعد الفقرات التقديمية للطلبة رهف الصياد وإيمان جريب وأسماء أوقاسم وسلمى دنيا الركراكي، والتي تمحورت حول التسلسل الزمني وتبدل الخرائط لاستعمار فلسطين، وكذا قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية، ثم بعض مظاهر انتهاكات إسرائيل للقانون الدولي، وتهميش القضية الفلسطينية داخل الأمم المتحدة.
انطلقت الجلسة العلمية التي ترأسها عبد الرحمن بلكورش الأستاذ الباحث بكلية الحقوق في مراكش ومدير مجموعة البحث حول الجيوبوليتيك والاستراتيجية الشاملة، حيث تناول إدريس لكريني، الأستاذ الباحث بكلية الحقوق في مراكش وﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﺪراﺳﺎت اﻟﺪﺳﺘﻮرﻳﺔ وتحليل اﻷزﻣﺎت واﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺎت ورقة تمحورت حول اﻟﻌﺪوان اﻹﺳﺮاﺋﻴﻠﻲ ﻋلى ﻏﺰة وأﺳﻄﻮرة اﻟﺪﻓﺎع اﻟﺸﺮﻋﻲ، فيما قدّم عزيز الراضي الأستاذ الباحث في كلية الحقوق بمراكش ورقة حول مبادئ الدعاية الحربية المشتركة، وتناولت حبيبة بلغيتي، الأستاذة الباحثة في كلية الحقوق بمراكش في مداخلتها ثقل دوائر النفوذ السياسي لـ«المنظمات الممثلة لليهود» في الغرب، أما ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﺤﻜﻴﻢ وادي، الأستاذ الباحث الفلسطيني المتخصص ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺪوﻟﻲ اﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ، فركز في محاضرته على إنفاذ العدالة الجنائية الدولية في فلسطين، وأخير تطرق مصطفى جاري، الأستاذ الباحث في كلية الحقوق بمراكش لدوافع وعواقب دعم الولايات المتحدة غير المشروط لحرب الإبادة الجماعية التي تشنها إسرائيل ضد الفلسطينيين في غزة.
وقد اعتبر المنظمون أن هذا النشاط الأكاديمي يشكل مساهمة متواضعة وملموسة في سياق الاحتفال بالذكرى الخامسة والسبعين للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الذي يتزامن مع الذكرى الخامسة والسبعين لاستعمار إسرائيل لفلسطين. وهو يتناول بالتحليل قضية لها مكانة هامة لدى المغاربة على المستويين الرسمي والشعبي، كما جاء في الورقة التقديمية لهذا اللقاء أنه ومنذ ما يقارب قرنا من الزمن، كانت ولا زالت حروب إسرائيل ضد الفلسطينيين تتواصل وتتشابه و تتميز بشكل خاص بعدم التناسب واستخدام العنف المفرط بين جيش محترف يستخدم الطائرات والقنابل والدبابات، من جهة أولى، وسكان مدنيين وشبان عزل يقاومون الاحتلال من جهة ثانية؛ كما تتسم أيضا بالتجاهل التام لمقتضيات القانون الدولي الإنساني. بالإضافة إلى الدعاية (بمشاركة وسائل الإعلام الغربية) التي تستهدف طمس الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني، وتجريدهم من إنسانيتهم، علاوة عن تهميش قرارات الأمم المتحدة، وعدم الالتزام بالجهود الدبلوماسية التي يبذلها المجتمع الدولي لإحلال السلام العادل والدائم في الشرق الأوسط. كما تم التأكيد على أن الحرب الأخيرة (التي اندلعت بداية أكتوبر 2023) بقيادة حكومة إسرائيل اليمينية المتطرفة (وبدعم غير مشروط من الأمريكيين والعديد من الدول الأوروبية) تمثل حربا همجية تختلف عن سابقاتها، حيث ارتكبت خلالها الكثير من الجرائم التي يحرمها القانون الدولي.
