قضية تذاكر مونديال قطر.. السقضية تذاكر مونديال قطر.. السجن النافذ للمتهمين معا


قضت المحكمة الزجرية بالدار البيضاء، مساء اليوم الجمعة 11 غشت 2023، بالسجن النافذ في حق مسير رياضي، عاما ونصف العام، وبـ2000 درهم غرامة مالية، في قضية تذاكر مونديال قطر 2022.

كما قضت بالسجن النافد 10 أشهر في حق صحافي رياضي بقناة إذاعية خاصة، وغرامة مالية.

وكانت المحكمة قررت تأجيل النظر في الملف إلى اليوم من أجل إعداد الدفاع، وذلك بطلب من دفاع الصحافي الرياضي، في ما طالب دفاع المسير الرياضي بالسراح المؤقت للمتهم المتابع في حالة اعتقال.

وكان وكيل الملك بالمحكمة الابتدائية الزجرية بالدار البيضاء، أصدر، في 26 يوليوز 2023، قراره بمتابعة المسير الرياضي في حالة اعتقال، ومتابعة الصحافي المتورط في القضية في حالة سراح.

وأحالت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية المتهمين في هذه القضية على النيابة العامة لدى محكمة الاستئناف بالدار البيضاء، شهر ماي الماضي، للاشتباه في تورطهما في ما بات يعرف بـ »فضيحة تذاكر المونديال ».

وفتحت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية قبلها بحثا بناء على تعليمات النيابة العامة، لتحديد كافة الظروف والملابسات المحيطة بواقعة التلاعب في عدد من تذاكر مباريات كأس العالم قطر 2022، التي كانت موجهة بالأساس ليتم توزيعها بالمجان على المشجعين المغاربة، وهو البحث الذي أسفرت نتائجه عن تحديد هوية المشتبه فيهما، باعتبارهما من بين المتورطين في تحصيل هذه التذاكر بشكل غير مشروع وترويجها أثناء تواجدهما بدولة قطر مقابل مبالغ مالية غير مستحقة.

وقد شملت إجراءات البحث كذلك تحصيل إفادات مجموعة من الأشخاص الذين تحصلوا على هذه التذاكر بمقابل مادي، وتحديد مسارات تحصيلها وترويجها، فضلا عن البحث في مصادر حيازتها وبيعها في السوق السوداء، والتي قادت للاشتباه في تورطه الشخصين المحالين على العدالة باعتبارهما من المشتبه بهم في هذه القضية.
