أحال قاضي التحقيق المكلف بجرائم الأموال لدى محكمة الإستئناف بمراكش كل من قائد المركز الترابي بالسمارة، وقائدة المركز الترابي بالنيابة بالسمارة، بالإضافة إلى دركيين يعملان بنفس المنطقة على السجن المدني بمدينة مراكش، وذلك على خلفية اتهامات بالابتزاز والارتشاء والتزوير في محرر رسمي.
وطالب الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الإستئناف بمراكش، إجراء تحقيق في مواجهة المعنيين من أجل جنايتي الإرتشاء والتزوير في محرر رسمي وإفشاء السر المهني وإخفاء وثائق عن علم.
يذكر أن الواقعة تفجرت على خلفية ضبط بعض مهربي المخدرات على مستوى الجدار الأمني بالسمارة، حيث اتهم أحد المهربيين الدركيين المكلفين بإجراء البحث في الواقعة، بإبتزازه و جعله يمنحهم مبالغ مالية كرشوة حتى يتم التستر عليه.
