وطالب المشتكون بتفعيل المساطر القانونية وزيادة التدخل من طرف السلطات المحلية، للحد من هذه الظاهرة المعيبة التي تؤثر سلبًا على الحياة السياحية والنظامية والأمنية في المنطقة، مع اتخاذ إجراءات فورية وفعالة لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة المتنامية، إضافة إلى القيام بخطوات جادة نحو تطبيق القانون بكل حزم وعدالة.
ويشار أن جل الأحياء بالمدينة الحمراء، قد شهدت في الفترة الأخيرة حملات واسعة لتحرير الملك العمومية، وذلك تنفيذا لتعليمات وزارة الداخلية، التي تسعى إلى القطع مع الظاهرة، لكن بالمقابل تم استثناء بعد المناطق على غرار شارع التقدم، وهو ما يسائل سلطات الملحقة الإدارية الداوديات.
