استنكر سكان دوار الدبرة بجماعة سيدي غياث، الحكم الصادر ضدهم، الذي يسلبهم أرضا كانوا يستغلونها لعشرات السنين، ومنحها لتعاونية فلاحية بدوار بوعزة الذي يبعد بعدة كيلومترات.
وخرج السكان المتضررون الصادر في حقهم الحكم في احتجاجات متكررة هذا الأسبوع ومسيرات على الأقدام، مطالبين بإعادة النظر في هذا الحكم، الذي اعتبروه « جائرا ».
وكانت تعاونية في المنطقة وراء تقديم شكاية للمحكمة سنة 2018، تفيد أن أعضاءها تسلموا سنة 1976 البقعة الأرضية الكائنة بدوار بوعزة وظلوا يستغلونها منذ ذلك الحين، قبل أن يتم منعهم سنة 2016 من الحرث من طرف المشتكى بهم.
وفي الجانب المقابل، يؤكد المشتكى بهم أن التعاونية لم يسبق لها أن حرثت الأرض موضوع النزاع، وأنهم المتصرفون في الأرض منذ سنوات خلت.
