فعاليات حفل تتويج المدارس الإيكولوجية على صعيد أكاديمية مراكش- آسفي


   احتضنت المدرسة الابتدائية العباسية بتامنصورت، التابعة لمديرية مراكش، يوم الجمعة 30 دجنبر 2022، حفلا جهويا لتوزيع الاستحقاقات على المدارس المنخرطة في برنامج المدارس الإيكولوجية والمتوجة، برسم الموسم الدراسي 2021-2022. ويندرج تنظيم هذا الحفل، في إطار تفعيل اتفاقية الشراكة المبرمة بين مؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة ووزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة.

   وحسب بلاغ صحفي في الموضوع، فقد ترأس مراسيم هذا الحفل كل من مولاي أحمد الكريمي، مدير الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين مراكش- آسفي، بحضور ممثلين عن مؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة، ورئيس المكتب الوطني لفدرالية جمعيات أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلميذات والتلاميذ، وممثلين عن ولاية جهة مراكش- آسفي، والمديرية الجهوية للبيئة، ووكالة الحوض المائي لتانسيفت، ومجلس جماعة حربيل، والمكتب الجهوي لرابطة أمهات وآباء وأولياء التلميذات والتلاميذ، ورؤساء المؤسسات التعليمية المعنية بالتتويج، إضافة إلى فعاليات تربوية وإعلامية ومدنية محلية وجهوية.

    وفي افتتاح فعاليات هذا الحدث التربوي الإيكولوجي الهام، ألقت منى بلبكري، منسقة البرامج التربوية بمؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة، كلمة، باسم المؤسسة، أشارت من خلالها إلى سهر المؤسسة، منذ تأسيسها سنة 2001، تحت رئاسة صاحبة السمو الملكي الأميرة الجليلة للا حسناء، على عملية التحسيس والتوعية بأهمية المحافظة على البيئة، عبر التوجه إلى مجموعة من الفئات، في مقدمتها تلميذات وتلاميذ المؤسسات التعليمية، وعيا منها بدور الأطفال والشباب في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، عن طريق تحفيزهم على اتباع سلوكيات إيكولوجية إيجابية، مبرزة ما جاء في خطاب سمو الأميرة الجليلة، في افتتاح أشغال المؤتمر العالمي لليونيسكو حول التربية من أجل التنمية المستدامة، والذي أكد على مدى استعجال حاجتنا إلى تنمية مستدامة وعادلة في خدمة الجميع، معتبرا حماية البيئة والحفاظ على كوكب الأرض من اللبنات الأساسية لهذه المقاربة.

    وفي كلمته بالمناسبة، أكد مدير الأكاديمية أن هذا الحفل يشكل محطة لترصيد وتثمين عمل ومجهودات مئات من المتعلمات والمتعلمين، وعشرات الأطر الإدارية والتربوية، من أجل تعزيز وإرساء مبادئ التنمية المستدامة، عبر ترسيخ سلوكيات إيجابية وسليمة تجاه البيئة، والتدبير المعقلن للموارد الطبيعية، من خلال اقتصاد استهلاك الماء والطاقة وتدوير النفايات، والتي تعتبر المحاور الأساسية لبرنامج المدارس الإيكولوجية، ذلك البرنامج الدولي الذي تسهر على تنزيله ببلادنا، إضافة إلى برامج تربوية إيكولوجية أخرى، مؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة.

    وأضاف الكريمي أن الأكاديمية تعتز بالانخراط المبكر والمستمر في هذا البرنامج، الذي يعتبر إحدى الأولويات التي تشتغل عليها، وتسعى دوما من أجل تعزيزها وتطويرها، عبر الرفع من عدد المؤسسات المنخرطة في البرنامج، الذي تجاوز 400 مؤسسة تعليمية، مبرزا أنه، خلال الموسم الدراسي 2022-2023، ناهز عدد المؤسسات المنخرطة حديثا بالبرنامج ما مجموعه 140 مؤسسة، مما يتماشى مع الأهداف والنتائج والتدابير المنصوص عليها في خارطة الطريق 2022-2026، من أجل إصلاح المنظومة التربوية، التي جعلت التلميذ المحور الأساس لتحقيق التغيير المنشود، من أجل بلوغ الإصلاح التربوي، عبر إشراك 50 % من المتعلمات والمتعلمين في أنشطة الحياة المدرسية، وترسيخ ونشر قيم المواطنة والسلوك المدني والتنمية المستدامة لديهم.

    إثر ذلك، تم توزيع الاستحقاقات الوطنية الثلاث (شارة اللواء الأخضر والميداليتين الفضية والبرونزية)، على المؤسسات التعليمية المتوجة، على مستوى الجهة برسم الموسم الدراسي الفارط، التي بلغ عددها 33 مؤسسة: 04 مؤسسات حصلت على شارة اللواء الأخضر، في حين حظيت 08 مؤسسات بالميدالية الفضية. أما الميدالية البرونزية، فقد كانت من نصيب 21 مؤسسة. واختتمت مراسيم هذا الحفل برفع شارة اللواء الأخضر بمدرسة العباسية المحتضنة لفعالياته.

    وفي الختام، يشار أن برنامج المدارس الإيكولوجية هو برنامج محدث، من طرف المؤسسة الدولية للتربية على البيئة، ومعتمد بالمغرب من خلال مؤسسة محمد السادس لحماية البيئة، حيث تم تنزيله بالمؤسسات التعليمية، بشراكة مع وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، ويروم هذا البرنامج تلقين المتعلمات والمتعلمين، الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 04 و12 سنة السلوكيات الجيدة، بهدف الحفاظ على البيئة، عبر منهجية عمل تعتمد بالأساس على محاور اقتصاد استهلاك الماء، واقتصاد استهلاك الطاقة، علاوة على التدبير الجيد للنفايات.
