صاحب « بازار » بمراكش ينفي حرمان العمال من حقوقهم ويؤكد نيته لحل مشكل الأجور
قال المسؤول القانوني ل »بازار » في المدينة العتيقة لمراكش، في اتصال مع موقع « مراكش 7″، ردا على مزاعم بعض العمال، أنه حاول حل الخلاف معهم حول المستحقات المادية بشكل ودي، من خلال تأدية أجورهم على شكل أقساط، بالنظر أن المحل مغلق بسبب الأزمة، إلى حين تحسن الوضعية الاقتصادية، لكنهم رفضوا أي حل وسط وتشبثوا بمطلبهم رغم علمهم بالوضعية الراهنة التي يعيشها القطاع السياحي.
وأكد المتحدث أنه قام طيلة فترة الجائحة بمراسلة الجهات المعنية من أجل تسجيل المستخدمين لديه ضمن لائحة المستفيدين من الدعم الاستثنائي لصندوق كورونا، لكون المحل تضرر من الجائحة وتوقف عن العمل طيلة هذه المدة، نظرا أن غالبية الزبناء من السياح الأجانب، لكن دون أن يتلقى أي جواب بهذا الخصوص.
وكان العمال البالغ عددهم أزيد من 30 مستخدما قد احتجوا عن طريق المكتب النقابي، بعد عدم توصلهم بأجورهم لما يزيد عن سنة، واضطرارهم للتوقف عن العمل بشكل مفاجئ بعد إغلاق المحل دون سابق إنذار.
