أعلنت الشركة العالمية Sotheby’s International Reality، العلامة التجارية الأمريكية للعقارات الفاخرة، عن افتتاح فرع لها بمدينة مراكش، ليكون بذلك الأول في شمال إفريقيا.
وسيخدم هذا المكتب الجديد في مراكش، برئاسة نيكولاس بيغوين، كامل جهة مراكش آسفي، مع خطط توسع مستقبلية في مدن الصويرة وطنجة والرباط.
وقد أكدت إدارة الشركة العالمية أن اختيار المغرب يأتي لكونه يوفر بيئة مستقرة ومرحبة للمستثمرين العالميين، كما أنه يستقطب اهتمام الأمريكيين والمستثمرين في الشرق الأوسط بسبب قربه من أوروبا الغربية، واختيار مراكش بالتحديد لكونها مدينة دولية واعدة ذات شريحة راقية متنامية.
