سكان قبيلة احصين بسلا الجديدة يطالبون بإعفائهم من الرسم الجبائي على الأراضي غير المبنية المستغلة فلاحيا


وجه سكان قبيلة أحصين بسلا الجديدة شكاية إلى والي جهة الرباط-سلا-القنيطرة، يطالبون فيها بالإعفاء من الرسم الجبائي على الأراضي غير المبنية المستغلة فلاحيا.

وحسب ما جاء في الشكاية فإن النشاط الفلاحي معفي مؤقتا من الرسم الجبائي للجماعات بناء على الفصل 42 من القانون 47.06، لكنهم تفاجؤوا بمطالبتهم بالأداء من طرف جماعة سلا، رغم تقدمهم بطلب المعاينة من أجل الإعفاء.

وقد أخبرتهم الجماعة فيما بعد بأن الإعفاء يسري فقط على السنة التي تقدموا فيها بالطلب وأن عليهم الإدلاء بما يثبت استغلال الأراضي في النشاط الفلاحي فقط بالنسبة للسنوات الماضية، بشهادة إدارية مسلمة من طرف القائد أو المديرية الإقليمية للفلاحة.
